The only part of it that I thought was interesting was that Batman chose Dent over Rachel; he believed in Dent that much, but it wasn't as wrenching as it could be because I'd stopped believing he loved Rachel that much.
Actually, I think he did choose Rachel -- I thought he told Gordon he was going for her, but when he arrived at the address the Joker gave him, it was Dent. Others have agreed with how I heard it, but you're not the only person I've seen who heard it the other way, so I really need to see it again!
...but his Batman is so *hard*, inflexible, rough, the quintessential square-jawed hero. More than his Bruce (And omg I love Bruce!).
Isn't that fabulous? He does a really good job of portraying the difference, I think.
