Well, there are several first season episodes that I don't like very much, and overall, season 1 was definitely their weakest. One that comes to mind is "The Naked Now" which is just a remake of the TNG episode "The Naked Truth" and I don't think they do a very good job at all of making it fresh or saying something new with it. There are tons of episodes from many of the other series that use TOS episodes as jumping off points, VOY did this all the time but they always made it new and interesting or had a neat twist to it.
Also, I hold no love for the second season episode "The Royale" where Riker, Worf and Data get stuck in a holographic depiction of a trashy novel set in a casino, where the human sole survivor of an early exploratory mission has to live out his days. I think the guy eventually killed himself. It's really a depressing episode.
But, I think the one that takes the cake would have to be "Skin of Evil," the episode where Tasha Yar is killed. I'm not even that fond of Tasha as a character and it's not really the fact that she died that I don't like, it's just a bloody tedious episode. The evil entity is so unremittanly evil, and no one can do anything, and it just goes on and on, and her death isn't even that interesting. Gah, I'm annoyed just thinking about it. haha.
