Oh I heard people did make a fuss about it from the series 5 finally (apparently it's in The Big Bang, and not The Pandorica Opens, but it was all one in my mind anyway), but I didn't particular seek it out, but from what I gathered there were discussions about it and that it went against classic Who canon as well, something called the Blinovitch Limiation Effect, that I don't really know about outside of reading about it in other people's reviews.

Doesn't really matter in the long run. I am in it for Eleven who I cannot get enough of. I want it to be The Eleven Show. haha.
