I love your thoughts here along this line. I didn't know anything about comics!Kate but I love this one and basically I'm to the I would die for her point already! : ) She is a disaster but at the same time she has some emotional intelligence beyond any of the adults we've seen in the MCU.
The Dr Strange/Peter dynamic is really very interesting, in not necessarily a romantic way, but still intriguing.
I too have waffled about Dr. Strange, but I think I've decided I enjoy him. There at the end when Peter was trying to convince him about the memory spell and Strange chokes over the word 'love' was a moment. I'm sad that they've both lost that connection, at least for now.
I'm not looking forward to the Wanda parts of his next movie, but I guess I'll be going to see it for Strange when I'd intended to skip it.
