Day 26 - OMG WTF? Season finale
I have two answers for this. One silly, one for reals.
The silly answer is for a show that I actually never watched all the way through. One year, while I was living in NYC, I splurged on a cable packaged that included every channel, or something. This was at the start of digital cable. Anyway, one of the channels I then had access to was SoapNet, which was kind of awesome. So, I'm watching, and I see that they're showing episodes of The Colbys, which I decide to watch because a certain actor I know of had a part in it early in his career where he played a ballerina (omg, can't find a picture of AP as the Russian dancer. halp?).
Now, this is probably old news for most of us by now, and you're all like, yeah yeah, I know all about the crazy alien abduction, but you guys, I had no idea! I FELL OFF MY BED. I'm there, watching, thinking I'm watching, you know, a SOAP OPERA. That has kidnappings, and swapped births, and back stabbing, and betrayal, and infidelity. And aside from people who were thought dead who come back (hey, okay, that's a little HL. ahahah) and maybe some devil possesion here and there (Days of our Lives!), there's usually very little to do with aliens of the outer space variety. And, you know, okay, you want to end a prime time drama with aliens, FINE, I'm all for it, every series should end with random alien abduction! Grey's Anatomy! Desperate Housewives! ER. But seriously, why don't you weave it into the story a little bit. Sprinkle some aliens throughout the season. Something! But, no, non-sequitur. (disabled embed) This is the very last scene of the TV show. Poor Fallon. Apparently she went back to Dynasty, and of course there was no mention of her little outspace vacation. WTF.
OH WAIT. I FOUND A CLIP OF THE RUSSIAN DANCER.

The real answer to this question immediately pops to mind. And that's the season 2 Alias finale. EvilFrancie! Girl fight! Sydney passes out. And then.... she wakes up, and everything has changed. I think I yelled a lot. I both loved it and was devastated. Syd's and Vaughn's faces when they realize, when he goes to her and she has NO idea. And then the truth. gah.
I can't find a clip of the full ending. Just the fight, which is pretty impressive.

AAAAA what is he wearing??? lmao. I never watched the Colbys because my embarrassment squick wouldn't allow it, and NOW I KNOW I WAS RIGHT.

Horror aside, he's really endearingly awkward. It's just, you know, impossible to watch. lol.
