I get this mental picture of the Doctor doing twirls and waving his arms and hands around while Ianto just turned in a circle watching him, ducking as need be, lifting one eyebrow in concern.
And Ianto standing behind the Doctor, rolling his eyes as the Doctor goes into a flight of fancy. I'm picturing George Clooney making fun of Andy Garcia in Ocean's 13.
