I have no idea what he'll end up doing with an entire season to play with, but I just like stand-alones better as a rule and purely coincidentally, all of his contributions thus far have been those sorts of "closed box" episodes that don't really engage with any wider plot arcs. He and Gareth Roberts are my two favorites purely as far as the writing is concerned, for the stand-alone aspect and the humor. As far as when he actually is running the whole show, though, I'm expecting plot arcs of some sort--whether seasonal or clustering more around the last few episodes--and not thirteen "closed boxes."
