Yes, I had a bit of trouble with this myself. When season 3 started and there was no Will, I was very much with the WHERE'S WILL???feeling, but you learn he's fine, and he does come back for one episode that's pretty awesome. So, yeah. I was more thrown by the switch in the Syd/Vaughn relationship, myself.
