The 3rd season of Who took place over a 'real' time-span of only about 4-5 days, I believe they mentioned that once they got back in the season finale. But as for how much time has passed since the Doctor fixed everything, that we don't really know. Sounds like all Martha had left was exams, so it's possibly possible. I really don't think she would abandon being a doctor, even with a good job offer. That was the reason she left. I mean, I could see the trauma of the Year That Wasn't getting to her, and maybe she did decide to stop, but I highly doubt it.
