It's deliciously hot outside. :-D Why am I not at the beach?

School starts in less than 30 days. I'm not freaking out. Really, I'm not.
eeeeeee! totally not ready! *hide*

I saw Batman Begins in the theatre *twice*. And you know what, I'd see it again, if I could justify it. I have long since loved Christian Bale, ever since Empire of the Sun. And I remember him in this really weird film called Mio min Mio where he played a boy named Jum Jum. heeeee.
I have yet to see Fantastic Four. I'm sure I will before too long, but I'm not busting out of seat with desire to see it. Of course, Ioan is adorable, and will always be so, and with a name like Mr. Fantastic, what's not to love? heh. I did see War of the Worlds, more from morbid curiosity than anything else. Tom Cruise is heading towards Michael Jackson levels of weirdness, imo. The movie itself was okay, about what I expected, better dialogue than most films of that ilk but oddly plotted with some odd choices over all. Whatever. I will probably see The Island this weekend with the cousin.
I'm impatiently waiting for the new Pride and Prejudice film coming in September, as well as the Antarctia staring Paul Walker and Josh Duhamel (yuuuuuum). I forget when that's suppose to come out.

So, having already confessed my affection for the widely believed worst episode of Highlander: The Series (Randsome of Richie Redstone), I must now lower myself further in everyone's estimation by announcing that I also hold much fondness for the HL episode Glory Days. I know, I know. I should probably seek help. But! Duncan is sooooo cute! How can I not love it. He's so gleefully playing cat and mouse with Johnny K, I just can't stand it. *g* And he's adorable teasing Joe, too. *sigh*
~~~
I'm thinking of finally succumbing and doing a Links/Recs page on my website. I've resisted the urge for so long! *g* If I do, it won't be one of those rec pages that gets updated regularly, however.
~~~
GIP! Maybe two or three of you will know who these two are. *g* Look how cute they are!
