because it keeps trying to buck me off. *g* Things are just wee bit more hectic than my usual hectic at the moment, but all in all, very good, if sort of... unformed. ('fraid I can't define that better)

I see Yuletide things are happening, and I'm glad I remember to skim my friends list at least a couple times a day, or I'd totally forget to enter in my nominations. I have, I think, settled on 5 of the 6. *quibble*

I managed to watch Lost and The Nine this week, and most of Friday Night Lights, but I had to sort of squeeze in the time to do that, which gave me a very unsatisfied TV watching feeling. Like my brain is so preoccupied with other things that its only half paying attention.

I haven't talked about BSG, but I did manage to watch the season premiere thanks to the goodness of Sci-Fi repeated it on Sunday (totally forgot to set the recorder on friday! oops. In fact, forgot to set it today. yipes). I have thoughts, but they're mostly off the EEEEE! variety. I am weirdly unable to deal with the frazzled nature of most of these TV shows these days - they are all too high intensity for me at the moment. Especially BSG. I don't know why that is because nothing is occurring in my life that should give me any kind of great angst other then perhaps not having enough time to rest properly. *shrug* Probably low grade stress I don't even register. I've always tended to be oblivious to stress.

After reading [livejournal.com profile] killabeez's Darkest Hour (which more on later, when I have time to process. "Loved it" doesn't begin to cover), I'm totally jonesing for some big, sweeping, Highlander Duncan/Methos stories. Anyone reading this, recommend your favorite, all time, epic D/M stories? Pretty please? Help me, my brain is fried.
