Um, hello?

Well, I'm finally getting around to posting to this journal. I'm not particularly keen on straddling two journals at once, but I'm happy to start the slow seperatation from LJ. So, to that end, I'm going to start by posting some old Star Trek stories to this journal, mainly as a back up for my website which I plan to eventually discontinue.

As a backup to the website, the first of my non K/S Star Trek stories is now available.

I took advantage of being master of my own universe and willfully and blithely edited the story before posting it. So there. As scary revisit to my early fic writing days goes, it wasn't that bad! Except I had clearly not learned the value of "less is more" in regards to sex scenes. heh.

Revisioning this story with the new Pike and Chekov was interesting! And I think it works, but this follows TOS canon, just fyi.
