Nov. 25th, 2010 10:25 pmStuffed to the gills. I cooked practically the entire dinner! Go me!

My family and I went to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 tonight. It's actually the third time I've seen it, which is excessive even for an avid fan let alone one who is more just a fair weather fan like myself (I didn't plan on seeing it 3 times, it just sort of worked out that way). I do love the film though, I don't think there's a part of it that I don't love. But that's not really what I want to say here. What I want to say here is that Gene Simmons was in the audience with us. Him and his small harem of tall, blonde women in stiletto heeled boots. HILARIOUS. But I suppose aging rock stars need to get their Harry Potter on just as much as the rest of us.

You see that? That's me procrastinating on my
hlh_shortcuts story. *frazzle* *PANIC*

Speaking of rare celebrity sightings, you may all envy me because I came within an arms reach of Philip Glenister -- YES, THE GENE GENIE LIVES -- who, like other random celebrities I've come across, was roaming the halls of the Barnes & Nobles that's near my place of work. He was actually leaving as I was going in, and I looked at him and was just like OMG YOU but he was in full Gene Hunt mode, complete with long coat, and you know, leaving, and I just sort of stood there in a rare moment of indecision of whether to follow him or not, but then my normal nonchalant attitude kicked in and I continued on into the store. hah!
~~~
HAPPY THANKSGIVING. I'm so thankful for my friends. xoxo
There's more stuff to report on, but my brain has scampered away to eat pumpkin pie. So, hopefully I will remember them at one point.
