Gleeful things!!

I had a birthday yesterday, yes I did, which I actually started celebrating on Friday, because that's just how I do things (haha).
First, partying with my barn girls (by some very mild definition of partying, although we were at a prime West Hollywood club). I love me some barn girls!! Pictures!
Then, on my actual birthday, late lunch/cocktails @ one of my favorite places in SoCal, Shutters Hotel, on the beach. Listen, if I was one of those eccentric overly rich people, I would live at Shutters with my twelve dogs and a rent boy. Maybe two rent boys. I'm just saying.
Then dinner at an awesome Peruvian restaurant with my favorite cousins. And LOOK. LOOK HOW CUTE WE WERE. ARE. I love this. That's 30 years difference, give or take a year. I think I'm about 7 years old in that pic.
And THEN, the BBC decided to give me a lovely Doctor Who episode for my birthday. I really appreciate it. It's the thought that counts.... lol.
That was a lot of things, but the one that I keep coming back to is how touching it was. Personally, I was very glad that the title was a mislead and it had nothing to do with River. Not that I don't love River and look forward to discovering more about her relationship with the Doctor, but I was still glad it was a mislead and that OF COURSE the Doctor is ridiculously in love with the TARDIS.
Favorite bits:
~The actress who played the TARDIS, love the disjointed dialogue and the difficulty with words and tenses and all of it.
~I love the difference from Bad Wolf, which isn't quite the same thing but similar enough? I don't know, is looking into the heart of the TARDIS the same as the matrix of the TARDIS?? LOL. I loved Bad Wolf, but that was steeped in anger and love, and this one was mostly about discovery and love. Fascinating.
~Pretty Rory. :D :D :D
~I thought the performances of Uncle and Aunty were awesome and disturbing and very well done.
~I very much encourage MORE DOCTOR KISSING. Can there be kissing in every episode?? Please??
~"Did you wish really really hard?" "Hello, I'm Sexy." HAHA. xoxo
~I love the Doctor crying, that was very touching, and lovely, the whole thing, all of it. Matt Smith is doing such a great job! I'm such a fan.
yay!
~~~
Lastly, Bogie and I doing dressage. Bogie is my friend's horse, and he normally goes western, so this was all sorts of exciting for both of us. LOL.
