I also love Davy Perez episodes! And I also love S11 and 12. (S10, not so much.) But I'm laughing at your opinions of the first 5 seasons, especially your favorite eps—we OG SPN fans cry tears of wrongness. As soon as you got to S6, though, I mostly agree with your thoughts.
Jody/Donna is absolutely canon.
ETA: It's also fun to me that you made no note at all about Dean betraying Sam in S9 by tricking him into letting an angel possess him, after Sam's history of autonomy issues. That was SUCH a thing in the fandom. I was among those who rage quit for most of S9. These things that seem so important at the time.
