Oh woah! It must have been ages since I read the Ensign Fuqhfest, and I actually doubt I read this story because while I'm all for slash diversity, Pike never grabbed my fantasies in any way.
But with Reboot, damn that changed! And I'm so glad that in this one, he doesn't have to end as bad off as in TOS.
This is a beautiful story and I liked the long buildup until Pike gives up and allows their mutual attraction to reign. Yum.
