The March of Penguins
Jul. 16th, 2005 04:36 pmIf you have the chance, I strongly recommend everyone should go see the documentary film March of the Penquins. Don't skip the intro on the website.

In other news, I'm all set to go to VividCon, but other enjoyments have to be dropped, sadly. Things are pretty well squared away for school. Just a few odds and ends left to take care off. The summer is disappearing so quickly! I am very sad I haven't taken more advantage.
Fannishly, I've been quite distant lately. I suppose it's a bit of that gafiating business. *g* I shall wander back eventually. I continue to rummage through the Jane Austen fandom as well as keeping a foot firmly in HL, but I've been very absent lately. Hopefully going to VVC will charge me all up. I'm very sad I didn't manage to get a vid done. I really wanted to! Maybe for Escapade, she says wistfully.
I suppose everyone is off reading Harry Potter. *g* I'm not sure when I'll get around to reading it as my mother has laid proprietary claims on the copy I ordered, so until then I must overt my eyes. LOL. After the last book I've become much less enamored of them anyway.
I did finally buy a copy of Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell and I quite like it. That will have to keep me for a while.
