Whoa, man. EvilCancerEatingGuy from X-Files is Jack's brother! Yowsa. I forgot about his role last season until reminded of it after watching. EEEE. That's bad. And then Jack's dad is Zephram Cochrane! He's just got the best family *EVER*. I totally think that kid's his son, btw. And like I said to kassrachel, thank goodness Jack got all the good looks. O.O

Re: Assad. I'm developing a sincere attachment here. I'm trying to be logical (hah!) about it, because he could still be evil and he could most certainly die. I think the later is more likely, at this stage, myself, because making him evil feels cheap. But, I really really hope they don't do that. I like him. I really want to see him and Jack run around L.A together. I wonder if he'll be detained and won't be able to make the DC flight and he's going to be kept in L.A. for a bit longer - or maybe that's wishful thinking? heh.

I liked everything else. I really like the FBI agent who's name I didn't catch. I don't so much like Sandra Palmer, but I'm okay with not liking her. I have a soft spot for Wayne although how he ever got to be president I don't know. And I'm loving Walid.

Yaaaays all around. Nice breather after nearly killing me last week. phew.

Unless they put him on a military plane, he's not going anywhere. The FAA ordered a full ground stop after the Valencia bomb went off. (I don't know why I remember that so specifically, but I do!)
