Or something. *g*
Everyone who loves Duncan and Connor should read this lovely, bittersweet story by MacNair. Thankful. I love Connor, I really do.

Okay, so I'm watching these episodes of MacGyver right (don't laugh at me! *g*) and I've watched like maybe 5/6 of them, and I'm quickly realizing that the man is bound and tied up at least once an episode. And the rest of the time he's bloodied and bruised, normally. Now, I've seen just about the entire series previously back when I was a kid and I'm just sort of having a moment over here realizing just how much fandom and fannish, ah, glasses (filter? understanding? perception? there's gotta be a better word for this), have altered my, um, awareness of such things. :) If you'd asked me as a kid why I liked MacGyver (or any of the other shows I watched) I doubt I would have said, "Well, he looks good bound and bloodied, you see."
*g* Ah, fandom. Always gifting in little ways. :)

I'm not laughing, I have the same problem. I hated MacGyver as a child I was an A-Team child *g*), but now I realised just what you said: he looks good bloodied and bruised. And in ties.
So I'm slowly working my way through the whole series. Just yesterday I watched that season 2 episode where he gets himself all dirty to pass as a worker on a ship (The Wish Child?). Oh, to be the make-up artist for that ep...*sigh*
No wonder that series is still being shown all over the world.

Ah! I was both. *g* I was even younger when I watched A-Team, though.

:D The earlier seasons are my favorites. Right now they're showing the last season, when they moved the show back to LA and they had a new ensemble cast, and well, I'm waiting for them to start over again. *g* I miss the house boat.
