(omg this is so going to be rambley and incomprehensible. ahaha. sorry?)
So, I got up really early (for me) to watch all the crowds and the prep for the inauguration, and to listen to Keith Olbermann and Rachel Maddow comment all the comings and goings of the (now ex!!!)President Bush and the President-elect Obama (WHOOO), and all the other former presidents, and all those wonderfully powerful women that were there (AWESOME. Two women and a black man. how cool is that? Not to mention Michelle Obama. And then there's also Former First Lady, now current Secretary of State, Hilary Clinton. :D :D). And then I left for work before the actual ceremony started because here at work there was going to be bagels and lox and champagne in the whee hours and I got to work *just* at the tail end of Warren's speach and so got to watch the swearing in of both Biden and President Barak Obama (wheee!) and then I started in on the bagels and the champagne and had like, I dunno, 4? refills-- all before 10am. Luckily I can still do my job, even buzzy on fizzy. sort of. *lies head down*
I was ready for a nap by lunch time. so ti ti. zzzzzzzzzzz.
