Movie recs, please.

hafitalI have been adding to my Netflix queue like crazy, but I'm a forgetful flighty thing when it comes to remembering stuff I want to see, so I thought I'd ask around and see what people recommend to watch, with the hopes of jogging my memory or exposing me to films I wasn't aware of. :)
I like all kinds of movies. I like movies most people don't. I like comedies, romantic and otherwise, big budget action, dramas, foreign films, obscure independent films, etc etc.
I know there was a meme recently about movie recs so I should go back and see if I can find out what those were. Hm.
ETA:And I should say I'll take recommendations for anything I can get through Netflix -- documentaries, etc etc. TV shows as well. :)
