Okay, I saw the "death" coming from about midway in the episode, but I was so unprepared for it! Vaughn! I unashamedly adore Vaughn to pieces. I'm going to be officially devastated until they figure out a way to bring him back to life ('cause you know they will. It's the law.) And he spoke french! Which never fails to make me all fluttery and swoony.

Aside from the oh noes! how wonderful was it to see all my favorite twisted characters again? Jack and Marshall and Weiss! and Sloane! And of course, my girl Sydney. Yay for my show! wheee.

And I think Vaughn's alive and well, and hiding in the clinic where Jack and Sydney stashed him to get better.

Well, it's definitely their pattern. I sincerely hope so. *sniffle* I thought of you during the Jack scenes. *g*

Yeah, I think he's alive too. After all the time they took to show us Syd's grief over Danny in season 1, I can't believe they'd just skip to "four months later" and completely cheat us out of that process with a character as important as Vaughn.

If Jack can survive that radiation, Vaughn's survival here is far more plausible :)
