On a whim I went online this morning, and was thus informed by falzalot about the crazy airport security alert extravaganza. No liquids! Well, okay then. And then, melina123 called me from the airport and gave me first hand knowledge, so bah.

And the result of all this is that I was slightly later to work than I had intended, and I totally spaced on my lunch. I'm thinking about driving all the way back and getting it, because I'm crazy that way.

So how bad was the first hand knowledge?! I called AA, but all they said was 2 hours. But the paper said there were some waits of up to 4 hours.

So ... I borrowed an old beater laptop, and I'm going to load Doctor Who on it so I can watch while I'm sitting around waiting forever and ever. :->

She was delayed, about 2 hours. But really, she was mostly calling to tell I should just check everything. So, yeah. I'm also bringing my laptop. :)
