Heroes and Friday Night Lights

Not relating to the subject line of this post, I watched the last 20 minutes or so of The Who's Tommy on cable this morning, and holy mother of sam was Roger Daltrey just way too hot back then. I have no problem envisioning Hugh Fitzcairn as a younger Roger, and if so, then I believe every boast he makes about his success with women (truth be told, I believe it regardless). And, incidentally, the flashback at Gina and Robert's wedding when MacLeod is all "How does he do it?!?" is like one of my favorite things of all time. Just saying. Bad MacLeod wig and all. :D

Heroes: Well, Mohinder, you are one very pretty man. Although, please to be stopping being less smart then you really are. Thank you, and here's my number. My spidey sense tingled when we met Mohinder's ex (I'm assuming she's his ex). I predict she is a bad guy. I'm still really liking FBI agent lady and Parkman. I find her much more interesting than his wife. Poor Issac and how is he trusting Eden? Hello? And yay Hiro. woo.

Friday Night Lights: OMG I LOVE THIS SHOW. God, that was great, and just, ouch. Smash, baby, you're killing me. I literally had tears in my eyes when I realized he was shooting up steroids, just saying "oh no, oh no" over and over again. Gah. And Tim! *cheers* I knew Tim would give Jason the football. We haven't seen the end of Jason's suspicions, though. I predict more, and it'll be interesting how it plays out. *hugsTimALOT*

I fell in love with Roger a few years ago when I got back into Highlander, when Spike started re-airing it. I've always love the Who's music, but never really realized who they were. Roger still looks pretty good, and their new cd sounds just as great as ever.

Yes, I was the same. I grew up listening to classic rock, and I liked The Who just fine - I even went to see Tommy when Pete Townsend launched it as a rock opera again, but it wasn't until HL that I really loved him.
